Project Empower

In Project Empower we strive to make sure that our community environment is conducive and enables everyone to live, study and work without fear of prejudice, harassment or bias in any manner. We are committed to help create an ethos of acceptance and inclusivity such that individuals regardless of their individual identities with respect to caste, creed, gender, sexuality, race, religious beliefs etc. can feel safe, comfortable and included.

We conduct awareness workshops, trainings, webinars, field research and help create an ecosystem that helps an organization that is committed to build equitable and inclusive culture to sustain diversity. Our curated training programs are interventions that help individuals and leaders at all levels in the organization to become aware of their own biases, practice conscious inclusion and pave way for a truly diverse workplace that Empowers.
